Well, I didn't write that first line, but it says what I am "about".  I am a professional.  I have the knowledge and experience to provide confidence and competence in any real estate transaction.  The words of one of my first customers (many years ago) spurred me on to these lofty attributes.  She was the seller, a FSBO.  I represented the buyer.  Her testimonial:

 

"This is the most fouled-up mess I've ever seen!  I can't understand anything!  Don't you have a mentor?  You should have a mentor!!"   M.R.

 

Well, I've come a long way since then...here are more recent comments:

 

"This would not have happened without you.  I had given up hope of owning this lovely home."  M.P.

 

"You were like a dog with a bone!  This deal was dead at least three times and you brought it back to life by being creative and innovative.  Thank you."  D. P.

 

 

I don't know about the dog with the bone, but tenacity is frequently required.
